Responsibilities

The ideal candidate must demonstrate their ability to:
•Successfully manage initiates/projects including seeing a large number of tasks through to completion.
•Strong Project Management skills - is aware of team member status when in-charging and effectively realigns resources as needed.
•Strong understanding of the corporate functions and business units, industries and competition. Ability
to transfer that knowledge to others.
•Strong understanding of business units’ technology environment and requirements to support
information delivery and business processes, including data flows.
•Can solve difficult problems with effective solutions, asks good questions and probes multiple sources
for answers, looks beyond the obvious.
•Ability to take charge, make sound decisions and provide direction to others.
•Effective Audit Issue analysis to determine risk ranking and potential impact.
•Ability to ensure Management Action plans are viable and address the root cause of any issues
identified.

Qualifications

•Undergraduate Degree Accounting, MIS or Finance preferred.
•6-10+ Yrs. experience, preferably in Banking.
•Certification of CIA, CISA, or CPA is a plus.
•Strong analytical, audit planning and organizational skills.
•Ability to travel periodically locally and out of state as needed; approximately 20% travel required.
•Integrated and application audit experience is a plus
•Strong PC skills (Excel and Word).
