CIT is seeking a strong, dynamic, candidate with exceptional analytical skills who can support critical daily processes as an integral member of the Liquidity Analytics and Reporting team within the Treasury Department. This candidate will report to the Director of Liquidity Reporting and will be responsible for generating Short-Term cash flow projections, Liquidity Risk metrics calculations, HQLA projections, and other ad-hoc reporting. This candidate will interact with multiple business lines as well as key partners throughout the organization. The individual will also review current reporting processes and offer recommendations for improvement. The position offers good visibility within the Bank and the ability to expand knowledge of the various functions within the Balance Sheet Management team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce daily Bank cash flow and liquid assets reporting
  • Generate monthly back-testing for short-term forecast across all liquidity drivers
  • Assist in preparation of ALCO and Balance Sheet Management Council materials
  • Support Director and team members on projects that enhance cash flow forecasting
  • Maintain and update procedures documentation as required


  • 5+ years financial services experience
  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    Treasury experience, good financial acumen, and ability to learn new financial concepts
  • Knowledge of cash flow modeling and working capital management
  • Strong excel modeling skills and ability to manage large sets of data
  • Product knowledge of bank balance sheet
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
