Responsible for selling HOA products and services by generating deposit and loans relationships. Sales activities include actively participating in CAI chapters/events, developing prospects in the Association industry and making presentations to prospective customers. Strengthen and manage existing relationships through regular client visits. Identify opportunities to actively cross-sell all banking products and services as appropriate. Presents and participates in creative solutions to meet customers' needs. Works with internal business partners including Account Management to set up new customers and Credit/Underwriting to process loan packages. Attends and participates in HOA staff meetings. Keeps abreast of current developments and market trends to further identify and service the customers' needs.
