CIT Small Business Solutions provides leasing and equipment financing solutions to thousands of small businesses, across various industries, nationwide.  We provide financing solutions to our borrowers and lessees, and assist our vendor partnerships in growing sales, profitability, and customer loyalty by providing customized, value-added finance solutions to their client base.


Our cutting-edge technology platform allows small businesses to access financing through a highly automated credit approval, documentation, and funding process.  Transactions range from $2,000 to $1M.


Reporting to the Director, Sales Manager the Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting various initiatives within the Small Business Solutions sales team.


  • Coordination of sales trainings, meetings, and roll outs
  • Management of sales calendar, vacation requests, and interview scheduling
  • Creation and updates of contests with leaderboards
  • Tracking and communication of weekly sales goals
  • Assist with meeting management and time management for managers and sales reps
  • Monthly Business Review meeting minute and PowerPoint creation
  • Update dashboards through adding and removing new hires or departed representatives
  • Gamification system management
  • Sales Progression team alignments, reporting and communication management
  • Manage travel and expense reports for sales management
  • Prep and coordinate quarterly and monthly rep level reviews


  • Associates degree in business or hospitality required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a previous administrative role required
  • Prior experience in a sales environment preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional level of client service
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
