Primary responsibilities are to manage, and maintain relationships with international financial institutions, mainly Factors Chain International (FCI) business partners, located globally. This position is based in Atlanta, GA. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high quality international service standards through regular communication with clients via phone, email, social media, and travel
  • Foster relationships with new and existing partners to finalize deals and keep the business with CIT
  • Support both the customer credit department and the operations department to ensure the highest quality service to partners
  • Evaluate client profitability, monitor commission income, and review accounts receivable aging regularly
  • Research and identify new and viable opportunities, using social media and other tools to identify prospects for export and reverse marketing prospects for import.
  • Identify and attend relevant and appropriate industry and regional events and trade shows for networking and new business opportunities as appropriate
  • Business travel required as needed to cover assigned geographic region
  • Manage sales activities in SalesForce.com

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree: Factors Chain International certification is required within the first two years of employment
  • Chinese language (Mandarin/Cantonese) proficiency; speaking, reading, and writing skills are required
  • Two to three years’ experience in international financial services
  • Demonstrated sales skills in negotiation, and influencing
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively to achieve team goals
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to develop and maintain a contact database and maintain records in SalesForce.com
  • Other requirements include foreign currency and international trade experience
