Responsibilities

• Achieve residual realization goals by driving behavior during End of Lease negotiations to increase renewal terms and maximize in place sales opportunities
• Active involvement in high dollar residual transactions and master lease relationships
• Maintain a firm understanding of all vendor relationships, including contact points for each vendor, internal sales support and outside sales
• Serve as a point of escalation for internal and external customers to provide resolution on complex issues
• Manage process for return requests to minimize incoming inventory levels
• Work with Remarketing Team to increase End of Lease Program Manager’s knowledge of asset values and performance within the secondary markets
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and analysis on End of Lease results and identify trends to Senior Management
• Analyze trends within assigned portfolio to identify potential risks
• Provide assistance with management reporting and periodic procedure reviews

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills, with the ability to articulate effectively with all levels of management, internal and external customers
• BS degree in Business, with a concentration in Finance preferred
• 7+ years experience in a financial services environment
• Ability to comprehend complex lease structures
• Experience with amortization schedules and structuring leases
• Progressive experience and background in sales focused positions
• Strong negotiations, strategic selling and relationship management skills with the ability to foster these attributes in others
• Understanding of Industrial, Construction, Transportation, Office Imaging and Technology Assets
• Strong computer skills including lease accounting applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint
