  • Support the TMT Underwriting and Portfolio Management team in analyzing and underwriting new and existing TMT transactions
  • Attend bank and industry group meeting with senior bankers
  • Evaluate financial statements, historical trends, projections, industry performance, management experience, capital structure, collateral and loan documentation
  • Participate in the internal credit approval process with the preparation and presentation of credit approval materials
  • Support loan closing and deal execution processes
  • Monitor portfolio accounts, including tracking reporting requirements, testing financial covenants, and preparing quarterly and annual portfolio review memos
  • Perform special projects as requested by senior management


  • 3+ years in Leveraged Finance, Investment/Corporate/Commercial Banking, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel (including financial modeling), Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work both individually and within a team environment
  • Confident and effective communicator (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to meet deadlines, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Completion of a formal credit training program a plus
