The Portfolio Management Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Credit Analyst and Portfolio Manager within SBA Portfolio Management including:


  • Reviewing requests for Late Charge waivers.
  • Assisting Collateral Services in resolving late Ins./tax payments and other servicing actions.
  • Following up on delinquent financial information, managing ticklers, preparing and sending default/reservation of rights letters, managing site inspections, managing documentation for SBA reimbursements, and ordering appraisals.
  • Assisting in preparation of SBA repurchase packages.


  • Prior loan processing, servicing or closing experience desirable.
  • Understanding of the different types of business entities, their organization and the corresponding financial statements/tax returns they file.
  • Working proficiency in Excel to include creating, editing, formatting and filtering spreadsheets.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills to include contacting borrowers by phone and email.
  • Experience with Outlook and Sharepoint (or other data sharing system) helpful.
  • High School Diploma required.
