    Responsibilities

    The Administrative Assistant is a crucial role that provides support and performs administrative duties for the Managing Director & Chief Underwriting Officer – Commercial Finance Division.


    • Screen incoming calls
    • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
    • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans
    • Prepare monthly expense reports
    • Organizing meeting and event arrangements
    • Maintain highly confidential information
    • Help in preparation of PowerPoint financial update presentations for Board of Directors and EMC
    • Handle ad hoc projects including serving as backup for other senior executives

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting an Executive Level team member
    • A professional with the ability to deal with sensitive business information in a confidential and professional manner
    • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint & Visio
    • Exceptional attention to detail and possesses strong organizational and planning skills.
    • Time-management skills to help team meet deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent telephone etiquette
    • Exceptional listening and comprehensive skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills at all levels, whether interacting internally or externally
    • Ability to work extended hours, as required
