    As a Mortgage Servicing Oversight Associate you will be primarily responsible for a variety of items related to support for Loan Sale Portfolio Management.


    Key responsibilities include:


    • Review and respond to sale due diligence requests (Collateral, Title, Compliance, Modifications, Servicing, etc)
    • Reconciliation of loan sale pipeline/pricing
    • Maintain working knowledge of all aspects of loan sale requirements including service transferring and assignments of mortgage
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for Loan Sale Management
    • General administration of day-to-day activities to support business unit needs
    • Manage and track legal document intake.  Review legal correspondence for accuracy and related activities as required.


    Knowledge of forward mortgage servicing. Knowledge of real estate documents including Note, Mortgage/Deed of Trust, Riders, PMI and Flood certificates, Closing Disclosures and title reports. Capable of reviewing information from multiple systems/reports and making independent decisions with regard to Loan Sale due diligence requests. Experience in pipline management. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.


    • Ability to adapt quickly to change and to manage multiple priorities, while producing accurate work product, under time constraints.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio a plus)
    • Strong analytical/organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • 4+ years mortgage servicing experience with a minimum of 2 years relevant business experience preferred
    • Paralegal experience highly preferred
