    This position will be a part of the Data Governance Office and is responsible for performing the below mentioned roles and responsibilities.


    Roles and Responsibilities:


    Data Stewardship: Partner with a network of data stewards across various application and business domain for sourcing of data elements to the centralized data service layer.
    Data Gap Remediation: Participate in data requirement, map gap analysis and data delivery design huddles and sessions to understand the data sourcing requirements, identify data gaps. Partner with the data stewards and application IT teams to source the identified data gap, design a solution/ mechanism for sourcing the data gap into the centralized data service layer.
    Business Data Glossary / Critical Date Element Management: Partner with stakeholders through the life cycle of identifying and defining a data element as Critical data, using CIT’s CDE Management framework.
    Data Analysis: Partner with data delivery and data stewardship network on analyzing various financial product data through their life cycle using various data analyzing tools like SQL
    Issue Management: Analyze data issues, lead working groups with stakeholders and data stewards to re-mediate the data issues applying the CIT’s existing Issue Remediation framework. Maintain the life cycle of data issues in a centralized tool.


    Technical Skills:


    3-5 years of advanced data analysis skills – SQL, EXCEL, etc.
    3-5 years of experience in managing working groups involving various cross functional stakeholders, documenting the detailed meeting minutes and tracking action items
    3-5 years of proven ability to present efficiently and effectively to a group of mid-higher management stakeholders
    3-5 years of advanced ability to perform root cause analysis and provide a effective and efficient solution to a problem.
    3-5 years of experience of remediation data gaps.
    3-5 years of experience in creating data requirement and mapping documentation in Excel or a tool

    Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
    Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
    Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

    Bachelor’s Degree
