This position will manage repair activity within CIT Rail’s third party contract shop network to ensure that car flow is appropriate for service level commitments. Responsibilities to include minimizing CIT’s shop take or pay exposure along with reducing customer disruption, out of service car dwell and rental abatement. In addition, this individual will conduct shop review calls to ensure that production commitments are executed in a timely manner.
