    This individual will responsible for managing and reporting on key projects within the Technology and Operations department.  The technology projects will span across Commercial Services Technology, Business Capital and Rail Finance, Commercial Finance Technology, and Corporate Functions Technology.  This individual will lead the delivery of these projects through ensuring deadlines are being met, and risks and issues are being communicated and addressed.  This person will also be responsible for communicating project financials and status in key communication forums such as project Working Group Meetings, All Hands meetings and Steering Committee meetings.


    • Management of project financials
    • Establish project cadence; create/maintain project plans, Microsoft Project
    • Familiarity with SDLC, Waterfall and Agile project management standards/methods
    • Create Status decks to communicate project status, issues and risks
    • Ability to communicate with various technology teams and business areas
    • Ability to communicate project status/details with senior business stakeholders
