    The HR Coordinator provides data management support for all HR system-based employee data and 1st tier HR support to CIT employees. The HR Data Coordinator is responsible for the timely accurate updating of PeopleSoft (PS) and resolving employee questions and inquiries about HR Programs, Policies and Systems.


    • Process pay-impacting employee life cycle changes and other HR Administration updates in PS based on requests received from various HR Functions
    • Analyze for accuracy and process high volumes of complex transactions including simple department restructures and cross company transfers
    • Input and maintain accurate and timely data in HR systems (new hires, changes, terminations, etc.)
    • Manage and update the contingent data in PS
    • Analyze Employee Management Portal (EMP) transactions for accuracy and appropriateness
    • before approving them in PeopleSoft
    • Partner with other HR functions to request further information/documentation to ensure compliance with system audit requirements
    • Check for errors or duplicate information and resolve inconsistencies
    • Prepare employee severance calculations and corresponding documentation
    • Compile monthly reports for various business teams
    • Prepare invoice files for contingent service fees
    • Prepare visa client letters for contingents using approved template
    • Utilize web-based case management and available knowledge documents for research and documentation to create a ticket for inquiries and issues when answering employee / manager HR questions regarding payroll, time & attendance, and HR questions in a proactive and effective manner.
    • Facilitate the use of employee self-service through customer interactions and support to resolve inquiries when applicable.
    • Review and escalate calls through designated channels for follow up resolution and ticket closure.


    • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
    • At least 12 months of experience working in an office environment
    • Proficiency in PeopleSoft or similar HR integrated systems
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, MS Word
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently as part of a team
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
