    Analysts have a unique opportunity to work with senior bankers on all stages of power & project financing transactions. As part of the deal team, analysts will be involved with structuring appropriate financing solutions for clients based on current market dynamics. Analysts will work with third-party consultants, lawyers and the client to ensure successful deal execution.


    • Analyze financial models to determine appropriate capital structure
    • Run sensitivities on financial models to analyze debt payback period and project valuation
    • Perform detailed legal and technical due diligence throughout deal process
    • Conduct comprehensive company and industry research
    • Draft internal presentations and credit committee memoranda for deal approval
    • Prepare marketing documents including pitches, lenders presentations and confidential information memoranda
    • Actively monitor a portfolio of closed transactions
    • Prepare certain internal reports and assist with ad-hoc tasks


    • Bachelor’s degree required, with a major/concentration preferred in finance, accounting, economics, or engineering
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Internship or prior work experience in analytical roles in financial services required
    • Keen interest in the energy sector
    • Outstanding academic achievement – minimum GPA 3.3
