    Business Capital provides leasing and equipment financing solutions to small businesses and middle market companies in a wide range of industries on both a private label and direct basis. We provide financing solutions for our borrowers and lessees, and assist manufacturers and distributors in growing sales, profitability and customer loyalty by providing customized, value- added finance solutions to their commercial clients.     Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Product Manager role is responsible for supporting Business Leaders with all sales projects and executing strategic projects to support business growth and sustainability on key products.

    • Create and track project plans, and track implementation success and return
    • Conduct regular project track meetings and publish status reports
    • Create and track project risks, issues, and lessons learned
    • Experience with documenting project and process flows
    • Partner with Operations and IT teams to translate customer and business needs into high-level requirements/asks, coordinate these needs with strong change management controls
    • Plan and support new and existing projects impacting the business
    • Exercise judgment tied to strategic decisions around processes improvements and system enhancements resulting from sound analysis of business process and data flows (current state/future state) and other process transformation mediums.

    • Align internal goals to meet customer strategic targets


    • 4 year degree in business finance, economics or statistics
    • 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services
    • Strong analytics background
    • Six Sigma certification preferred
    • Experience working in a matrixed organization
    • Adept in all MS products
