    Responsibilities

    The Information Risk team has an open position for a Records and Information Management AVP who will be responsible for the following tasks:

     

    • Responsible for records management program at the enterprise level
    • Responsible for maintaining all records management policies, procedures, and schedules up-to-date
    • Escalate requests and issues relating to records and information governance to the appropriate Risk Management or Technology Services personnel as necessary
    • Reporting to management team on impacting regulatory changes, information coming due for destruction, etc
    • Manage oversight and communicate changes to organization structure and business users that impact schedule and inventory changes 
    • Other duties as required (e.g. regulatory/audit support, metrics/reporting)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or other related field; or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Records Management, Information Governance, digital archiving managing digital records collections, workflows and storage types
    • Experience with Records Management tools
    • Ability to perform Legal Research to determine regulatory requirements for the retention of Bank records
    • Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Strong analytical skills with solid working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project
