    The Sr. Analyst, Consumer Data and Analytics position requires the ability to navigate large amounts of data, provide thinking towards actionable Reporting and Analytics, provide business insights and recommendations for growth, and continually develop relevant metrics and reports.  


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinates, monitors, and executes production of reports utilizing SQL and other programs
    • Responsible for researching, compiling, analyzing, and reporting using various operational data from multiple sources, including productivity and quality statistics
    • Provides analysis and interpretation of results and identifies trends and developments in competitive environments
    • With management direction, creates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports
    • Prepares and interprets periodic reports to communicate trends for senior management
    • Prepares reports based on analysis and derived recommendations
    • Acts as liaison between business partners and systems personnel to develop or enhance automated reports and reporting systems
    • Recommends solutions to business data gathering and reporting problems
    • Assists ongoing production and workflow improvement efforts and manages small analytical and reporting projects as well as small segments of larger projects

    • Bachelor’s degree required/MBA or Masters preferred
    • Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL
    • Financial modeling skills preferred
    • Background in banking preferred
    • Experience with big data, reporting, and BI tools preferred
