    Provide administrative support to the EVP and Treasurer of CIT, including scheduling, organizing and updating meetings as well as preparing presentation materials and managing communication.


    Principal Duties & Responsibilities:


    - Maintain executive calendar by scheduling, coordinating, and updating meetings

    - Coordinate key Treasury meetings on a weekly basis

    - Prepare presentations and meeting materials, ensuring timeliness and accuracy

    - Organize travel arrangements

    - Schedule interviews and coordinate travel arrangements for candidates

    - Maintain monthly travel and vacation schedules for Treasury team

    - Coordinate with assistants to ensure daily phone coverage

    - Answer phone calls, record messages, and transfer calls as needed

    - Prepare, review, and track expense reports for executive and key directs

    - Process departmental invoices

    - Collect and maintain organizational charts and other key information for the Treasury group on a monthly basis

    - Prepare meeting materials for distribution, ensure timely distribution and manage document storage

    - Responsible for copies, faxes, scans, and filing of documents

    - Distribute mail and correspondence

    - Provide administrative support to the Treasury team as needed


    Exhibits high level of professionalism in interactions with all levels of staff and external relations, and is adept in working effectively with executive level staff

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, discretion and protocol
    • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize to effectively meet deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders. Flexibility to reprioritize work and schedule as needed. Ability to work extended hours where required.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office technology, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint required.
    • Ability to take initiative and anticipate/manage issues


    Education & Experience:


    Minimum of a high school diploma

    Minimum 5 - 10 years experience executive administrative support
