    • Provide exceptional customer service to the banks top-tier client portfolio. The Onboarding Manager will assist the Commercial clients with Onboarding new accounts and Treasury Management Products.
    • Independently manage, analyze and resolve a broad range of onboarding details involving services and products supporting various market segments to ensure a smooth onboarding.
    • Provide a high level of responsiveness to internal and external customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, or in person.
    • Make recommendations as to exposure and possible risk to the bank on new accounts and online services. Requires strong critical thinking ability as work is performed independently.
    • The Onboarding Manager will assist in training Client’s on Treasury Management Products as needed (i.e. Remote Deposit Scanner, Positive Pay, Web ACH, Web Wires, Lockbox, Cash Vault and troubleshoot Client’s computer compatibility on various Internet Browsers).
    • Review legal documentation for Corporations, LLC’s, LP’s and various organizations in order to prepare onboarding bank documents. In conjunction with the Banks legal department, review documents submitted by lenders, attorneys and our clients to execute a control agreement.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or Equivalent work experience
    • 2-4 Years of experience in Banking/Financial Services in a Treasury management/Management Operations function
    • Presentation and communication skills
    • Experience in reviewing legal documents and control agreements
    • Experience in mitigating risk in new account creation
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Ability to interact with all levels of management – Internal & External Clients
    • Technical Skills Required: IBS Insight, Business Online Banking, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Foxfire Browser, Web Ex, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
