    Responsibilities

    Collaborate with Interaction designers, UX designers, and brand representatives to design best-in-class experiences for CIT’s users

    Develop and deploy interactive prototypes to facilitate UX testing, stakeholder feedback, and developer communications

    Work directly with developers to coordinate execution of designs and provide quality assurance for your designs

    Qualifications

    You straddle the line between design and front-end development, and you feel comfortable in either world. You love turning ideas, sketches, and wireframes into realized, elegant interfaces. You’re a fast learner, and picking up new skills excites you.

    You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, all with the goal of creating great experiences for our customers, partners, and team.

     

    Required Skills:
    Good eye for design and composition, with a portfolio of work available for review
    Strong understanding of web standards and best practices
    Working knowledge of, and ability to design using, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
    Experience with SCSS or LESS is desired
    Experience with Angular or AngularJS a plus. Willingness to learn Angular is a must
    Proficiency in Adobe creative suite a plus
    Experience using GIT a plus
    Well organized and good time management skills
    Good communication skills
