    The successful candidate will support the Director/Head of Information Risk and his direct reports with general operational tasks to include:

    • Scheduling and preparing for meetings, presentations, and other office related events
    • Reserving conference spaces for meetings
    • Scheduling travel arrangements
    • Recording and distributing meeting minutes
    • Communicating and sending out completed assessment reports
    • Directing calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
    • Monitoring office supplies; ordering and re-stocking as needed
    • Reviewing and submitting invoices and expense reports.


    • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
    • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Outlook and other administrative programs
    • Working proficiency in Excel to include creating, editing, formatting and filtering spreadsheets
    • Familiarity with common office equipment (printers, scanner, copier, fax, etc.)
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organization skills
