    This position is within the Regulatory, Compliance & Controls team within the Treasury department. Excellent opportunity for a results driven, high-performing individual that enjoys dynamic/ fast-paced environments and interacting with various disciplines/departments. This position involves an array of responsibilities including: risk assessments, risk oversight, regulatory compliance, issues management, internal controls and governance. This position oversees risk monitoring activities for financial and non-financial risks; he or she will also be responsible for issue identification, issue remediation and tracking as well as other required monitoring and validation activities.


    • Minimum of five years of previous work experience is required; financial services experience is highly desirable
    • A solid understanding of regulatory compliance and risk analysis are a must    
    • Must have experience in root cause analysis and issue remediation 
    • Self-motivated, inquisitive, proactive, eager to learn and add value
    • Must be comfortable operating in a fast paced and rapidly changing work environment
    • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
    • Excellent ability to interact with ease with various teams, and levels of management
    • Excellent relationship management skills including ability to handle various personalities to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders 
    • Must be detail oriented with an understanding of materiality 
    • Must be extremely organized; be able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills a must.
    • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and manage multiple concurrent deadlines while executing high quality work
