    Responsibilities

    The AVP Contract Administration role is responsible for supporting the Contracts and Procurement team in the timely and cost-effective strategic sourcing of IT and non IT goods and services in accordance with CIT corporate policies and procedures. In addition to creating Purchase Orders in Oracle PeopleSoft, the candidate will be responsible for negotiating best in class agreements with an emphasis on Master Professional Services Agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs) for various business lines, rate cards for professional services and managing, tracking and reporting on company-wide subscriptions (Bloomberg, Lexis-Nexis, D&B).

    Qualifications

    • Draft and negotiate Master Professional Services Agreements and a high volume of SOWs for professional services across a range of business lines 
    • Negotiation and rationalization of rate cards for professional services
    • Manage and track subscription agreements
    • Reporting and analytics
    • 5+years of strategic sourcing experience required including contract drafting, negotiation, competitive bidding, spend analysis, e-sourcing and supplier relationship management.
    • College degree in Business or equivalent work experience
    • Strong experience in professional services agreements which are both technology and non-technology related, including drafting and negotiation of financial and legal terms and conditions
    • Highly experienced in rate card rationalization and managing rate cards for consulting companies
    • Proven experience in tracking and managing Subscriptions and memberships company-wide
