    • Create ongoing and periodic reporting that meets the Company's external reporting requirements under US GAAP
    • Work cross-functionally to prepare timely and accurate financial statements, footnote disclosures, and internal ad hoc requests
    • Act as a valuable business partner by providing financial information requested by regulators and external auditors
    • Analyze problems and implement solutions to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial statements
    • Develop, improve, document, and follow processes
    • Partner with business teams to provide prudent fiscal oversight
    • Provide high quality deliverables while meeting deadlines
    • Produce well organized, detailed documentation to support financial deliverables
    • Produce and maintain evidence of internal control over external financial reporting
    • Oversee continual process improvements related to reporting procedures



    Required skills and experience:


    • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance 
    • CPA required
    • 4+ years of progressive responsibility in accounting and financial reporting
    • Big 4 experience preferred
    • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting
    • Banking industry experience preferred
    • SEC experience a plus
    • Ability to develop, improve, document and follow processes
    • Ability to provide high quality deliverables while meeting deadlines
