    Responsibilities

    This Technical Business Analyst position is to support the system needs for the commercial lending business.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Support for multiple production applications and reporting tools
    • Working with business analysts to provide technical solutions to meet the needs of the end users. Example of users include the line of business, operations, finance and risk. Solutions can take the form of system enhancements, data extracts, interfaces or reports
    • Working with application software vendors to deploy upgrades and patches
    • Working with other IT teams to troubleshoot production issues that impacted our supported applications
    • Maintaining best practices for software development.
    • Adhere to change control process as outlined by the EPMO

    Qualifications

    • Intermediate knowledge of SQL & PL/SQL
    • Intermediate knowledge of reporting tools
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft technology stack
    • Intermediate knowledge of C# .NET
    • Working knowledge of Java
    • Working knowledge of Lending and the vendor applications that support it.
