    Responsibilities

    Commercial Services Analyst Program


    The Commercial Services Analyst rotational 12-15 month program is designed for an analyst to learn about our business and the various functions including; how to research, analyze and evaluate customer credit, how to conduct field audits, managing client loan portfolios, underwrite and generate new business development.

     

    At the end of the program, the analyst is placed in one of several departments for their first assignment with the business group.

     

    Job Description
     Prepare written and analytical reports
     Review cash flows of current and potential clients
     Perform field audits and visiting clients on location
     Manage client accounts and offer financial solutions
     Problem solve client issues to resolution
     Support the underwriting process for new and existing clients
     Review spreads and analyze income statements
     Work with senior management on business specific projects
     Interact with all levels of management and clients
     Prioritize workloads/deadlines to meet clients’ needs

     

    Typical first full-time assignments include, but are not limited to: account management, new business development, underwriting, customer credit analysis, and the field examination department.

    Qualifications

     Requirements are BS/BA degree (Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance)
     Ability to understand and analyze financial statements
     Strong communication and writing skills
     Strong interpersonal skills
     Internship experience in a financial position preferred
     Advanced PC skills required
     Be able to work independently and as part of team
