|The Quality Analyst is responsible for the analysis of Quality monitors to ensure there is consistency amongst the servicing teams, as well as ensuring any training opportunities are addressed with Management, with acumen to keep the process and customer experience impact at the forefront. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: • Perform calibrations on Quality monitors to ensure consistency within the servicing teams to maximize customer experience, ensuring world class service is provided. • Partner and build strong working relationships with Managers within the servicing teams to support department goals and objectives. • Identifies trends, inconsistencies from standard and recommends modifications, escalating issues and recommendations as needed. • Collect, verify and organize facts in a logical manner prior to communicating findings. • Produce accurate and objective analytics that measure quality standards and effectiveness of individuals and department. • Communicate in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing using appropriate terminology and communication methods. • Effectively present findings in both face to face and small group settings with associates, peers and management. • Make appropriate decisions within scope of responsibility and authority.|
