    Responsibilities

    • Develop and drive technology platform transformation initiatives that transform and modernize the digital capabilities for the Bank.
    • Drive solution architecture, technical designs and security designs to support business needs while thoroughly considering multiple systems/products impact.
    • Help develop integrations across product/application stack and maximize the ability to automate complex business process
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and interpret requirements, then document, plan and manage all internal and vendor communications, test cases, UAT and release management. Insure all documentation, requirements, sign-offs and other artifacts are retained.
    • Keeps current with emerging technologies, new products, methodologies, applications, and trends in the context of digital banking and payment services
    • Compose the business requirements documentation required to enable development groups to build target state products, processes, and technology.
    • Perform impact analysis for business initiatives to determine key business groups that will consequently be required to undergo technical or operational process change.
    • Conduct gaps/differences analysis as required to determine degree of change emergent from business initiatives.
    • Serves as program manager for critical large and complex programs to ensure achievement of business objectives. Provides direction for a project team in all the project phases.
    • Effectively communicate and continually manage project expectations with key stakeholders and team members in a timely and clear fashion.
    • Mentor project managers and team members on best practices for digital solutions, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
    • People Management, staffing, performance management, and development /coaching of team members.
    • Handle incident management, customer communication, governance and status reporting.

    Qualifications

    • Seven or more years of experience in Information Technology managing digital solutions and core consumer banking systems. Experience with FIS IBS solutions and FIS digital solutions required.
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline from an accredited college or university is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large and complex technical programs involving large teams. Knowledge of all aspects of technology project methodologies, various project management tools and techniques across all project phases.
    • Required - functional understanding of retail banking domain. Good understanding of consumer banking technologies, payment systems (ACH, Wire, P2P), integration architecture, and information security standards.
    • Good understanding of cloud computing, database systems, web service architecture, and application programming concepts.
    • Ability to understand and work on consumer banking IT risk and compliance remediation plans and risk mitigation plans for various domains such as application security, incident management, issue and exception management, disaster recovery etc.
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to write reports and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information to management, internal clients and vendors.
    • Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills and experience. Ability to translate business unit needs into technical specifications. Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing priorities and technology. Good working knowledgeable of relevant operational policies, procedures, and regulations.
    • Highly competent in the use of and training ability on all applicable bank systems and programs. Proficient with MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong SQL and data analysis skills to analyze existing data and identify gaps/data quality issues.
    • Experience working with diversified multi-location team
