This role will provide direct support to the COO of the Tech & Ops (T&O) organization, taking on administrative projects relating to daily and long-term operations. High attention to detail, ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and excellent interpersonal skills will provide success within this position.


  • Manage and execute on the communication strategy across T&O
  • Scheduling and planning Town Halls, leadership discussions/information sessions
  • Working with the communication team to manage content on the T&O Intranet site
  • Work with Communications and other members to publish articles
  • Operate and report on controls around onboarding, off-boarding, and engaging with contingent workers across the firm
  • Manage quarterly business reviews with Technology and Operations leadership team to drive accountability and transparency on goals
  • Prepare and manage leadership offsites
  • Develop and manage organizational metrics and scorecard
  • Manage organization recognition programs and liaise with HR and enterprise programs to highlight T&O staff achievements
  • Oversee relationships with offshore vendors
  • Manage external vendor audits
  • Manage policy compliance
  • Organize, drive and support other critical projects for the COO


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in Chief of Staff/project management roles
  • Strong problem-solving ability in order to identify and solve issues when they arise, proposing options or a solution to the COO
  • Ability to adjust to multiple tasks and demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints
  • The ability to own and run projects by identifying and driving the critical path actions for each project
  • Data analysis skills, in order to use data and facts to prepare and develop materials for senior management
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels across the organization
  • The ability to identify in advance key issues or potential roadblocks in advance and to flag these to senior leadership
  • Effective, versatile and action-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding project and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
