Responsibilities

Demand Generation Specialist; using the demand generation tool Marketo. The Demand Generation Specialist will use best practices in email marketing and marketing automation to drive revenue and support marketing goals. This position is ideal for an “executer” who can take projects from concept to implementation, and has a proven track record of simultaneously managing and delivering multiple successful lead generation campaigns and customer marketing programs.

Responsibilities include:
• Build programs, campaign flows, testing, lead scoring, data, emails, and landing pages
• Plan and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns/programs
• Ability to create landing pages, forms and email templates and follow up email responses
• Recommend and assist with A/B campaign testing strategies, execution and measurement
• Define email program metrics and processes to measure results
• Develop reporting to communicate campaign and marketing effectiveness to key business stakeholders
• Understand the bi-lateral sync within the Marketo and Salesforce platforms for data integration, troubleshooting, list appending and list management
• Execute data hygiene programs to constantly improve and validate prospect and customer contact information within the database
• Work with sales and product marketing teams to structure and leverage tools to build campaigns and programs to increase the sale of products and services.
• Define and document Marketing / Demand Generation processes
• Assist in building revenue cycle explorer models to help measure and track campaign success
• Ensure emails follow industry policies, CAN-SPAM, and compliance procedures
• Clean and segment marketing lists
• Manage and monitor segmentation lists for email audiences
• Assist in building revenue cycle explorer models to help measure and track campaign success
• Troubleshoot program and campaign errors with internal teams and Marketo support
• Stay current with email automation trends and best practices

Qualifications

• 2+ years of job-related experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2-5 years demand generation and online marketing experience in a B2B environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, presentation and project management skills
• The ability to adapt to change quickly and to tackle unfamiliar tasks and requests with positive attitude and resourcefulness.
• 2 to 5 years of general marketing experience
• Marketing automation experience (Marketo highly preferred)
• Marketo Certified Expert (preferred)
• Customer Relationship Management experience (SalesForce highly preferred)
• Knowledge of HTML a plus.
