Responsibilities

  • Produce and analyze new business profitability reporting.
  • Discern trends, ensure business unit volume and profitability objectives are met.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding reporting.
  • Gather and analyze market data, providing recommendations on pricing adjustments to maximize volume and profitability.
  • Ability to gather data and develop new reporting to better illustrate profitablity trends, identifying and utilizing improved metrics, statistical analysis, etc.
  • Programmatic and transactional pricing.
  • Audit recent new volume activity to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Improvement of existing and development of new pricing models.
  • Provide recommendations to improve existing policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Advanced Excel, Access, SQL, database management software skills required; Excel VBA programming and powerpoint presentation skills preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to explain complex financial modeling analysis to a broad cross functional audience. Ability to speak persuavely and with credibility. Comfort discussing analysis and recommendations with upper level management.
  • Superior project management, organizational and time management skills.
