This position will be responsible for:

  • Managing the guideline helpdesk for both Retail and Correspondent guide inquiries, (Jumbo and Conforming). This includes responding to, tracking, and recording responses amidst communicating trends, frequently asked questions, and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Managing the process of requesting decisions on all credit exception requests, including assignment and tracking and recording of exceptions.
  • Coordinating all new seller applications and approvals (Bulk & Correspondent)
  • Adhoc projects assigned by SVP and VP Consumer Finance Credit Risk



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred / High School Diploma required
  • 5 years mortgage experience with an understanding of mortgage guidelines.
  • Knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines. FHA knowledge is a plus.
  • Prior experience as an underwriter, QC analyst, processor or other with similar understanding of a credit file and associated credit risk attributes
  • Knowledge and use of basic Microsoft Office suite products. Additional experience with Excel and use of simple formulas is highly recommended for role.
  • Quick learner with a high drive for success
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and be able to coordinate multiple projects within tight turn times.  
  • Works well under pressure and can make decisions.
