The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer works with the IAM team to support the delivery of enterprise IAM systems and software

Develops and implements enhancements for the IAM environment

Maintains the IAM infrastructure and software with routine maintenance and system patches and upgrades

Troubleshoots and resolves infrastructure issues working together with HR, messaging, AD, Web teams and application owners

Works closely with application developers to configure applications and assets in IAM system

Engages with vendor technical support when necessary

Maintains optimal performance of IAM infrastructure by monitoring and assessing hardware/software performance

Recommends changes/enhancements to improve system availability, reliability, and performance

Conducts regular or emergency maintenance or software upgrades; provides occasional afterhours or weekend support

Provides on-going knowledge transfer to team members on security products and standards

Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent


Good understanding of Identity and Access Management principles and technology
Hands on experience in implementing a solution using SAILPOINT.
Hands on experience in onboarding connectors like AD, JDBC, and other OOB connectors
Hands on experience on SailPoint API
Excellent Java programming and scripting knowledge in UNIX and Windows environments
