Responsibilities

Job duties include:
• Develop new functionalities to meet business requirements and improve system performance, availability and reliability
• Maintain and support the existing systems and processes
• Coordinate business requirements, perform data analysis, and develop technology solutions
• Follow software development standards and guidelines aligned with company policies and procedures
• Prototype and simulate of critical design elements to determine feasibility and ensure performance, security, and other non-functional requirements can be met
• Evaluate and recommend products in support of a solution
• Prepare documentation for software design and solution deployment

Qualifications

Technical Qualifications:
• 7+ years professional experience designing, developing and supporting advanced .NET web applications. Skills must include:
• ASP.NET 2.0 – 4.0 (VB and C#)
• Entity Framework
• LINQ
• Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
• Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF)
• jQuery/AJAX
• Visual Studio 2012 and 2013
• IIS 6 and IIS7
• SQL 2008 and 2012
• XML, HTML, CSS, cross-browser compatibility
• JavaScript
• SQL Server SSIS, SSRS, SSAS a plus

Candidate must demonstrate:
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in analysis, design and development of web services and web applications under .NET framework
• Proven problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Ability to concisely and efficiently consolidate functional requirements into well documented technical solutions / design
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and service providers
• Demonstrated teamwork, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with financial systems a must
