Application business analyst for application installations, configurations, upgrades and level-3 support. Plan and coordinate implementation requirements with vendor, internal CIT services and end users to insure applications are installed and configured properly. Serve as technical SME and provide ongoing technical support, incident management, and customization services. Possible involvment in all CIT Internal Audit, IT Risk, DR and BCP requirements and accountable for addressing any issues and delivering remediation. Insure adherence to all policies and procedures.
Provide analysis and project management for application customizations. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and interpret requirements, then document, plan and manage all internal and vendor communications, test cases, UAT and release management. Insure all documentation, requirements, sign-offs and other artifacts are retained.
Provide customer and user support for all technical and usability issues. Analyze and address reported issues, and/or open problem cases with vendor and work to provide corrective action or deliver technical fixes. Evaluate and escalate issues to management and/or vendor as appropriate. Provide periodic updates on all open issues and planned resolutions.
•In-depth knowledge of consumer banking branch systems such as Teller applications, ATMs, and other core banking platforms (experience with FIS applications, specifically TellerInight preferred)
•Experience gathering business requirements for software customization, working with software vendors to explain customization requests, performing unit tests, and preparing documentation.
•Must collaborate with subject matter experts, various stakeholders and fellow team members to design, develop, implement and support complex business solutions
•Familiar with change control and incident management procedures
•Must be able to work independently in a team environment with local and remote teams
•Must possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary
•Must be willing to provide after hours support when necessary - this may include evenings and weekends
