Responsibilities

Individual will report to the Director, Leadership, Learning & Development and be seen as a leader on the team, helping to drive results and enable outcomes for key corporate talent strategies.

 

  • Learning and Performance Management (Cornerstone) systems lead administrator
  • Recommend technology-based solutions for talent development needs
  • Manage release and change management for talent systems and related processes
  • Provide ongoing optimization efforts for systems and processes
  • Liaison to stakeholders and platform administrators (in HR and the business)
  • Acts as system expert to support configuration, maintenance, updates, governance and ongoing coordination
  • Serves as an advocate and liaison between internal business owners, subject matter experts, end users, vendors and other technical support staff related to the systems 
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports, most critically those pertaining to compliance training and performance management
  • Lead efforts in designing measurement and analytics for learning and performance
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for the LMS and advise other administrators on learning development processes
  • Own all documentation related to the systems
  • Support the implementation of other learning technologies (mobile learning, virtual coaching, WebEx)
  • Project manage learning technology initiatives
  • Act as the primary technology interface for support tickets
  • Act as the primary technology interface to manage day to day operations ensuring full functionality of the LMS for all users.
  • Load multimedia and e-learning training like Captivate, Inkling, Articulate Pro, Storyline, etc. to the LMS
  • Provide the data necessary to drive learning analytics
  • Perform routine systems maintenance and configuration administration
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to all users
  • Maintain learning management system test environments, including access and coordination of internal stakeholders and establishment of testing environment standards
  • Manage permissions, systems preferences, licenses and software updates
  • Develop LMS user procedures, guidelines and process documentation
  • Consult and partner with internal project teams to ensure learning approaches will work within our technology and represent the quality established through the governance process

Qualifications

  • Experience with Cornerstone Learning and/or Performance clouds (experience with Connect a plus!)
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous about testing and deploying changes
  • Like collaborating and partnering with others
  • Project management acumen
  • Able to drive multiple, complex project simultaneously while managing time and priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Prior experience owning data and reporting activities
  • Ability to have a vision, point of view, and more importantly relentless passion and deep accountability for outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and to plan, organize and set/achieve priorities when performing work
  • Extensive Excel skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills (written, verbal, presentation)
