  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate with senior leadership to produce annual expense budgets for CIT Corporate Functions. Perform monthly expense forecasts to track progress towards expense efficiency goals. Support the annual three-year strategic planning process.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain expense forecast models for CIT Corporate Functions to produce forecasts, budgets and ad-hoc analysis. Incorporate models into Hyperion Planning Cloud.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce monthly operating expense reports for senior management comparing actuals, budget and forecast. Contribute to quarterly Board of Director’s executive presentations. Analyze costs and understand business drivers and levers to influence efficiencies. Provide input and recommendations on improving financial performance.
  • Expense Allocations: Support the expense allocations reporting process to provide business units greater clarity in the drivers related to corporate allocations.
  • Other: 
    • Provide support to Investor Relations for quarterly earnings releases.
    • Assist in development of new Hyperion Planning Cloud Solution.
    • Assist in ad-hoc Finance projects or initiatives as assigned by Director of Corporate Functions FP&A, Head of FP&A, CFO, or other members of senior management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field required. 
  • 2+ years of financial services or related industries.
  • Hyperion Planning/Essbase experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Independent critical thinking with well-developed analytical abilities.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, team oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
