Responsibilities

  • Assist in pre-trade investment analysis and post-trade documentation for investments and funding
  • Assist in migrating debt analytics and reporting to Aladdin, and minimizing manual steps in debt reporting process 
  • Assist in enhancements in debt analytics, and provide regular updates on debt capital market activities. 
  • Assist in producing and enhancing Funding and Investments Board/ALCO contents and ad-hoc analysis and presentation
  • Assist in monthly monitoring and preparation of CIT Group and CIT Bank Capital Adequacy Report for the Capital Committee 
  • Provide analytic support to Capital Management lead and Treasurer when determining capital action recommendations
  • Assist in production and enhancements in Funding and Investments management reporting
  • Partner with middle and back office to ensure operational readiness for Funding and Investments activities and Capital related
  • Maintain workflow and desk procedures for Funding and Investments and Capital Planning

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant fixed income and capital markets experience
  • Excellent with power point presentation preparation
  • Strong analytical background and communication skills
  • Competency with Excel functions 
  • Experience with Bloomberg, Aladdin or other fixed income analytical tool is a plus
