The analyst position facilitates the designing, building, and maintaining of data collection, performs data analysis and generates various reports.
– Coordinates, monitors, and executes production of reports utilizing Business Objects and other programs
– Responsible for researching, compiling, analyzing, and reporting using various operational data from multiple sources, including productivity and quality statistics
– Provides analysis and interpretation of results and identifies trends and developments in competitive environments
– With management direction, creates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
– Prepares and interprets periodic reports to communicate trends for senior management
– Develops and runs reports to produce projections, simulate scenarios, and establish branch goals
– Creates and maintains databases, and develops and performs queries independently
– Prepares reports based on analysis and derived recommendations
– Acts as liaison between business partners and systems personnel to develop or enhance reporting systems
– Recommends solutions to business data gathering and reporting problems
– Assists ongoing production and workflow improvement efforts and manages small analytical and reporting projects as well as small segments of larger projects


– Bachelor’s degree required
– Strong computer skills
– Experience with Excel required
– Familiarity with MS Access or SQL preferred but not required
– Excellent analytical and organizational skills
– Ability to pursue creative solutions to business problems
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Initiative and strong judgment, including the ability to review a situation and identify opportunities or issues
– Must have good recall and be detail-oriented and highly accurate
– Strong work ethic, self-motivation, flexibility, and comfort with a fast-paced environment
– Able to work effectively in a team environment – Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
– Job tasks are performed in close physical proximity to other people
– Requires employee to be at work on-site during specified hours
