This position will be responsible for the support and administration of the talent management employee culture and engagement activities. These activities and programs include Diversity and Inclusion, Women's initiatives, HR Development Program, Employee Recognition/Chairwoman's Awards, and the Employee Value Proposition. In addition, this is position will periodically present new hire orientation and provide overall support to corporate training initiatives as well as other projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferable in Human Resources
2-3 years’ experience administering talent management programs.
Excellent analytical skills - ability to organize and analyze large datasets, detect and correct errors, interpret and report results
Teamwork, and relationship building skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas in a confident, organized and articulate manner
Ability to function independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (i.e. pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
