Responsibilities

• Administer and interact with bank syndicates and internal operations team for deal closings.
• Identify any problem areas within the loan portfolio, conduct risk analysis and provide suggestions for resolution of issues.
• Work with the team to ensure that the loan portfolio is in compliance with all reporting requirements.
• Work with the team to conduct financial and covenant analysis of proposed transactions and portfolio companies.
• Work with the team to consistently communicate with management regarding portfolio performance and new loan transaction quality.
• Five-year’s experience calling on the Private Equity Community and being primary point of contact for Business Development (West Coast professional network preferred).
• Must possess a thorough understanding of credit and collateral requirements.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must have the ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate responsibilities.
• Must have the ability to quickly build successful working relationships with co-workers, business partners and management.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, business partners and management through well-developed presentation, written and verbal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required.
• Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and how to build/analyze complex financial models with assumption drivers appropriate for the particular business and industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required.
• Five years experience calling on the Private Equity Community and being primary point of contact for Business Development (West Coast professional network preferred).
• Must possess 5 or more years experience in financial statement analysis.
• Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and how to build/analyze complex financial models with assumption drivers appropriate for the particular business and industry.
• Must possess a thorough understanding of credit and collateral requirements.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must have the ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate responsibilities.
• Must have the ability to quickly build successful working relationships with co-workers, business partners and management.
